What is minimum temperature for crack repairs?

I've done chip repair below 32, the key is to not let the resin get cold...it can get pretty thick when it's cold. When it's warm it thins out and makes the process easier and a better outcome. Hope that helps answer your question.

What is the temperature range that you can use this repair kit?

Above 80 I try to find a shaded area and let windshield have time to cool before proceeding. In temps below 32 I'd find a warmer place like a garage .

What is the difrrence from the 200+ kit and the 200+ starter kit besides the price?

The difference is the drill. Starter kit comes with the Clearshield drill which is a little smaller vs the 200 kit that comes with the name brand "Dremel" drill which is a little bigger and a little more power
