The brand is very good it’s vitamin C and it helps you but as I say all the time, always ask your doctor if your bloodwork says you’re lacking vitamin C and take it, but you can’t go wrong. It’s good for colds. You can’t hurt you.

My daily morning take. The pull size is kinda big, but it’s till easy to take. Yes, it kinda has a smell but if you take it quickly you will be fine, and what vitamin does not smell. Look this actually works, take it daily and you will be great. Does not upset my stomach, and does its job. I’m happy with it.
