Good for money and tastes great
I really love the taste and it dissolves really easterly being verry smooth and not chalky even just using water in a shaker bottle. I find it does help with energy and muscle growth and it is very easy to digest and is pretty filling. I also love the affordability as many powders are very pricy but i think this has great value.

Great for hitting protein targets when cutting.
Contains 20g of protein for c100 calories, great for hitting protein targets when every calorie counts. Taste is fine, not exactly luxurious but does taste good. I prefer this to other lower calorie protein shake options (clear fruit based flavours) as it feels a bit more like a treat than those. I usually throw in a small amount of stevia too.

Quality, not a good price for the product.
Very watery when the right amounts are used. Not very tasty or filling. Disappointed and I purchased 2 packets. Wish I hadn't bothered purchasing them.

Taste great, took a little bit to get used to it and get the water ratio correct

Not bad
Not bad. I bought the chocolate and salted caramel. The chocolate is much nicer. It says to mix with water but I would avoid that and mix with milk.

Wouldn’t go for this one again.
Not a fan of the taste of this one, I’m not sure if it’s gone off already tbh after a few weeks. As stated on other reviews the seal isn’t the best and it’s a pretty big bag so will take a while to go through. Can’t imagine it’s going to be very fresh towards the end. I should have put it in an old empty protein container, like a muscle tech or gold standard one but I threw them out after I finished them. Hopefully Banana is better.

Amazing
Amazing! I got the chocolate dessert one and I mix with 300ml of milk. So for the whole drink it’s 251 cal and 31g protein😉 tastes delicious and not lump at all!

Weird taste,rotten egg or expired chesse
Weird taste.More like rotten eggs and expired chesse,not ok for shakes. Well,as l bought a big ,,boy",l use the powder for cakes. Not going to buy again,not for me.
