Is this suitable for oily skin??

Yes it is suitable for Oily (Sensitive) skin.

Is this good for dry skin? Also I do not have rosacea but my capalaries are very close to the surface...will it take away that redness?

It’s very good for dry skin! As far as the capillaries, I’m not 100% sure but it definitely helped my redness! I use it at night and in the morning. I love it and would recommend trying it!! I’ll be ordering more once mine is empty

When I pump, I cannot get any lotion to come out of the pump?

That means there is air in the tube. Squeeze the tube as you pump and the air will come out followed by the lotion.

What is expiration date? My bottle and box had none printed.
