Does what it says 😤
The Next Gen is awesome! Install truly is a breeze. Just take your time, nothing fancy. This air box completely and totally changed the sound of my hemi. It gave it a gutter roll growl from the front end. And the torque and horsepower gain is very noticeable.

Easy installation
Easy to install, it looks great, you will feel a small improvement...

Did not go together well,
1. The fitting that came with it for the CCV did not fit in the housing. I had to file it down to make it fit. 2. The sensor sits in the fitting very loosely. Most likely will come loose eventually and throw codes. 3. Both connections are in an awkward spit / to close together. I had to trim the hose to make it fit- otherwise, because of the angle- it would kink. 4. The boot is about 1 inch to small. Other than all that, it was ok.

K&N Next gen: 5.7 HEMI
K&N next gen Installed on a 2022 Ram w/ 5.7 HEMI It installs in minutes, takes minimal mechanical effort. It made the sound so much better, deep growl when you push the loud pedal down. I can really feel the extra power at about 45-55 mph when you accelerate. Don’t know about fuel efficiency, it’s a 5.7HEMI so, yeah I don’t care about fuel efficiency.

Great product installed on 2019 Ram Rebel
The total install took about 30 minutes, the small sensor was the issue, difficult to get off and difficult to get back on, noticable sound and horse power difference

Not worth the price
Not worth $400. Its very easy to install but its anticlimactic on sound and performance.
