This headset delivers impressive active noise cancellation and long-lasting battery life, making it ideal for calls, music, or focused work sessions. The Bluetooth connection is stable, and the included wireless charging pad adds convenience to the experience. While the build quality and features reflect a professional-grade product, the price feels steep—especially if you’re cost-conscious. Excellent overall, but definitely on the expensive side.

Connects after 4th time. Voice quality issues. USB broke. And voice was cutting

Buen diseño, ligeros, suenan muy bien, pero micrófono inestable. Los use por unas semanas y en llamadas por Teams el micrófono se entrecortaba y opté por regresar a unos audífonos con cable

This Jabra headset is extremely poor in quality. The connection to Teams is very unstable; it frequently disconnects, and sometimes there's no sound when speaking. They claim it's specially designed for Teams, but this is my first time buying a Jabra product for work meetings, and I will never buy a Jabra product again. Can I return this product to Jabra for a full refund?

The Jabra Evolve2 65 Flex is an excellent product in terms of voice quality and overall usability. However, the ear‑cushion covers are a significant weak point. They are very delicate and tend to tear quickly with normal use, which is disappointing for a premium headset. I rarely use this headset, yet I already need to order a second replacement set of ear‑cushion covers. Each replacement costs another $10–$15, which really shouldn’t be the case for a product in this price range. I take very good care of my devices, and this headset has always been stored in its pouch when not in use. I’ve used similar products from Sony and Beats, and their ear‑cushion quality has been noticeably better and far more durable. Given the cost of the Evolve2 65 Flex, I would expect the same level of durability from Jabra. It would be helpful if the ear cushions were made more robust and if an extra pair were included with the purchase. The rest of the headset performs exceptionally well, and addressing this issue would make it a truly outstanding product.
