My wife and I have been drinking this for the last couple of weeks as we wanted to see how its High Polyphenol (HPP) count compared to our usual brand and have to say that we are a little disappointed. Whilst there seems to be only one strength marker for HPP i.e above 250mg per kilo, we have no idea how much higher than that base the HPP count of Atlas really is. The generic, peppery flavour indicator suggests that it is not very much higher than base as the flavour is very, very mild and that, coupled with its low viscosity, is why this will be our first and last order for Atlas. Also sad because Morocco is a country we really love (which is why we tried this specific oil). The oil will not go to waste as we will happily finish the bottle, using it conventionally.

That if you pay a, little bit more you get better quality.

This is a great product. Tastes superior, and much better for your health than the plethora of low quality olive out there. A bit pricey, but will buy again for sure.

You can smell and taste the difference in this fine extra virgin olive oil. I just received this a couple of days ago, and the same night I made a large batch of crostini (with baked fresh baguette slices) for several different bruschetta spreads I had laid out. I generously brushed the slices with olive oil before baking, and they turned out perfectly crispy and delicious. I shared them with my 4 housemates, and they all loved them. However, I actually bought this brand of olive oil to use daily for its health benefits. I drank my first teaspoon today, but will probably graduate to about 1-2 tablespoons. I never thought I'd "drink" olive oil, but it wasn't bad at all, and after reading a lot on the subject, I thought I needed to give it a try. This is a premium olive oil from Morocco that's cold-pressed and rich in polyphenols. Polyphenols offer significant health benefits by reducing chronic inflammation, improving blood pressure and cholesterol, enhancing insulin sensitivity, and protecting against cardiovascular disease, neurodegenerative diseases, and certain cancers. However, not all olive oils are equal. In fact, I read that there are a lot of fraudulent olive oils out there that are mislabeled as extra-virgin even when they're not. A 2010 study conducted by the University of California–Davis Olive Center tested supermarket samples of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and concluded that more than 69% of olive oil labeled “extra virgin” did not meet the legal standard. Who wants fake (heat-treated or refined) olive oil when you can have the real deal? Now, other polyphenol-rich olive oils, including the one promoted by Dr. Gundy, can be VERY EXPENSIVE. Gundry MD Olive Oil is also produced with Moroccan olives and is rich in polyphenols; however, it's 3 times more expensive than this brand. Atlas Olive Oil, I believe, is comparable in quality, and the price is polished. If you want a superior quality olive oil at an affordable price, this is the one!

This is a very good premium olive oil. Light consistency with a very smooth taste. No heavy aftertaste, great to cook with or use for salad dressings or a drizzle. Very pleased being my first purchase. I will be purchasing more in the future. Lovely enough to drink .
