If you do not want to eat/drink synthetic foods; I advise you to review the ingredients before you purchase. This item has Proplen glycol and other synthetic things in it. It tastes great but not at the expense of my health. I wish they would make an organic healthy version!

You can mix them, try different flavors see what you like I promise you can't go wrong with one of these flavors. I have every single one and I add a scope to hot water use my frother and I have an afternoon latte and I never had to leave my house. The beauty of it is you use what you like Oat Milk, Coconut Milk, Soy, whole, you name it just add your favorite mix.
