Product did not work right out of the box. Ver upsetting given the price tag.

I love this styling tool! It’s so easy to use and leaves my hair shinier and softer than my old dryer! My only complaint is storage. I never put the tools in the box and they take up counter space, but that’s probably more of a me-problem.
