Love the level indicator. Sets up quickly and filters install and change out easily. Filters are included. No leaks noticed. Stainless steel is durable. Stand has rubber padded feet to secure unit in place. Fits on counter using little space. Supplies 2 gallons of filtered water. Giftable.

I had been shopping around for a filtration system for several months and was overwhelmed by all of the choices. I am so happy that I decided to order the Purwell system. We instantly noticed the difference in our water. It's a great price, easy to setup and they have outstanding customer service.

I waited for a bit before writing the review. So this is what I think. Pro: Easy to put together. It’s pretty and comes with a stand which helps and a window to let you know how much water is in there.It also comes with two spigots I installed the metal and it didn’t leak.Con: putting the two filters was easy and set up was too.Filling was a little hard because I’m height challenged.I was able to fill it up and then I waited waited. So I took it apart to see if I had done something wrong and decided to loosen it up some try it again and it did start dripping so slow slowly and slow.After several days of throwing out water and doing it all over I finally got it to work right.It does clean the water but I can’t it because I can still taste the water and to me it tastes like baking just a tiny bit but that burns my throat and makes me cough. I will not be keeping it.For about a year I have been trying to get away from plastic bottles and this my second try at a water machine .This is my last try there must be something in water filters that I can’t drink.So I will be returning it soon for a refund.

IDK yet- Haven't had it for a whole month yet and now the filters aren't pushing any water through them at all. They are installed correctly, and they are still very clean. They worked for 3 weeks and then just stopped. We followed ALL directions to clean and reinstall, with no luck.

Just dumped the 2nd round and tried the 3rd batch through the filter. Water quality seems great. Only complaint is the controls of manufacturing, specifically locating and aligning the water window. Looks to have been assembled by a one eyed pirate on some choppy seas.

I've got tips ! 1) the water window is dark and doesn't tell you much I didn't need it. 2) place it somewhere that can get wet mine is on the sink ... no matter how careful you are it will dribble or you will fill it when the handle is on open and not know. 3) I put red tape on the handle on the off side 4) I don't use the stand I place it next to the sink on a waterproof cutting board These are great, ceramic filter is the way to go. I'm single and use 2.5 but bigger household I would get a bigger tank. Make sure the handle is on off when you fill as it drips in slowly and you may not catch it. If I had kids I wouldn't let them do self serve unless by a fool proof water area. No matter the brand it will take some care. But wish I had gotten one sooner. If you live in a city with bad water get one ASAP

Works as advertised. No issues. I like the taste much better.

This was so well engineered that all of it fits in a space less than half of assembled height to fit in very compressed packaging.,If that was done so well how well it was engineered as far as functionality.They even include a steel spigot in addition to the stock plastic one.
