I’ve tried several konjac/shirataki noodles before, and the biggest issue is always the strong odor when you open the package. These MOKI Odor-Free Konjac Noodles are genuinely different—there’s little to no smell, which already makes them much more enjoyable to use. The texture is better than most brands too. They’re slightly chewy (as expected with konjac), but not overly rubbery, and they hold sauces really well. I’ve used them for stir-fry, pasta, and even ramen-style dishes, and they absorb flavor nicely after a quick rinse and pan heat. Another big plus is convenience. They’re pre-cooked, so you just drain, rinse, and heat—perfect for quick meals. And with almost no carbs and very low calories, they’re great if you’re watching your diet or doing keto. Overall, if you’re looking for a healthier pasta alternative without the usual “fishy smell” problem, this is one of the best options I’ve found.

They were good. Once you get past the texture. The noodles go well with everything. I make my own sauces and broths to go with the noodles. Its not ramen... lol. No seasoning packs.

I made it with ground beef and vegetable sauce and it was very good. And it really is filling. Worth every penny

Yum. First time I've tried the rice noodles. So easy to make. Tiny bit of oil in my pancake, tossed in the noodles, tablespoon of terriaki sauce, chopped Pepperoni, chopped veggies, I even put some mozzarella cheese in. 2/3 minutes and done. Omgoodness, so good and calories were 15 for the one bag. Yup this is a good one. Gotta read the box to see if there is an expiration date. Recommend these highly
