Great product!
These ear plugs are fantastic! 👂✨ The Loop Switch 2 Adjustable Ear Plugs have completely changed how I handle noisy environments — whether it’s at concerts, traveling, or just trying to sleep in a busy household. The adjustable attenuation feature is genius — you can easily dial up or down the noise reduction depending on the situation, which makes them way more versatile than regular ear plugs. They’re extremely comfortable — the soft silicone fits snugly without feeling like they’re pressuring my ears, even when wearing them for hours. The design is sleek and unobtrusive too, so you don’t feel like you’re “wearing” anything bulky. Sound quality when listening through headphones with them in is still great, and I love that I can protect my ears without completely cutting off all sound. They’re truly worth every penny, and I’d recommend them to anyone who needs effective, comfortable hearing protection on the go. 👌🎧

A real life saver for my sensory overload
I recently got these Loop Switch 2 earplugs because I am struggling with sensory overload and anxiety when I am out in public. They are a brilliant bit of kit because they are actually three earplugs in one, which saves a lot of faffing around with different cases. The unit feels very sturdy and the manual dial on the outside is a massive improvement over the older version, making it much easier to click between the settings while they are still in your ears. The three modes are spot on for a busy day, with Engage mode at 20dB being perfect for staying in a conversation without the background noise becoming too much. When I am at a concert or a loud event, I switch to Experience mode at 23dB which keeps the music sounding crisp but much quieter. The Quiet mode at 26dB is excellent for when I really need to get my head down and focus at work or on a noisy train. It is much better than using standard foam plugs which just muffle everything and make it impossible to hear anyone talking to you. Compared to active noise cancelling headphones like my Sony XM4s, these are obviously much more discreet and convenient to carry around on a keychain. You dont have to worry about batteries or charging because the whole thing is mechanical. However, the occlusion effect—where you hear your own voice thumping in your head—is quite noticeable, especially when you are eating. While they are comfortable enough for all-day wear, the hard plastic body isnt really designed for sleeping, especially if you are a side sleeper. One slight downside is that the dial can be a bit tricky to see when they are in, so it takes a while to get used to the feel of each click. It is also essential to spend time trying the four different sizes of silicone ear tips included to get a proper seal, otherwise the noise reduction doesnt work as well. They are a bit pricier than the single-mode Loops, but for the versatility you get, they are definitely worth the investment for anyone with noise sensitivity.

A good ear plug fits perfectly
The ear plugs are the right size easily to fit in the ear. They are compatible for wear and they reduce loud noise. The ear plugs are soft in the ear easily removed. You get a good night’s sleep blocking out unwanted noise at night. The ear plugs come in a handy carrying case pocket size. The ear plugs are value for money pleased with the purchase.

My Favourite Loops So Far
I am neurodivergent and I needed to replace the loop engage’s that I lost so I thought the switch 2’s would be a nice upgrade. The case has a little more weight to it than my engage case did (the clasp on my engage case broke but I used them all the time so bear that in mind) and I like how the case has a nice little seat inside so overall the quality of the case is much nicer and I hope the clasp will last longer than the one on my old engage case but I plan to get some kind of protective case for the protective case just in case! The silver is very pretty and I love how they look like jewelry - the difference between the three modes is subtle but noticeable and enjoyable once you get the right ear plug sizes for each ear (for my loop engages I used XS for both ears - with my Switch 2’s I have a Large for my left ear and Small for my right ear*); I’m really glad I picked the switch 2’s as I really like the variety of sound and while I found it very fiddly at first to switch between modes I now feel (after 2 hours on and off of practicing) quite comfortable now. I have always enjoyed the way you put loop earplugs in your ears but it is odd at first when you don’t know how and I recommend watching videos on how to wear them when you first get them like I did as there is a method to it; you put them in a bit then twist them round then push them in comfortably and if they feel too tight or too loose try the different sizes on each ear until they feel right as you may need different sizes for each ear like I do with these ones. The Switch 2’s have a little more weight to them than my engage’s did (like the case) and I feel that’s a good thing for me; I like that better as I won’t forget I have them in as I’m more aware of them (there were times I’d panic and check to see my engages were still in as they were so light). I wear my loops every time I go out in public and every time I sit with my family or friends when they are watching YouTube, talking or listening to music (which drains me even more in the evening) and I felt absolutely lost without my engages. They may not be everyone’s favourite but they’re definitely mine and while they are a little more on the expensive side I think they are fantastic value for money as I’ve hated being without a pair and it’s so nice to have all three modes in one now! *Edit: it’s been a couple of days and I am now wearing the Small size in both ears so if you find a comfortable fit but that changes like I’ve found I’d advise carrying your other plug sizes with you when you aren’t at home so you can change them if you need to. As I said further up in my review I was an XS in both ears using my engages and I never had to change them but with the switch 2’s I am a small in each ear currently but started out more comfortable with one small and one large and I don’t mind that at all as I’m really happy with my Switch 2’s so far.

They are cosmetic only.
They look nice. They act like slightly blocked ears. In busy room made me focus on 1 person but had keep asking for repeat. No good for my office. If want to block noise go for blue tooth buds

The 3 different modes are so amazing! They work so well. The difference between the 3 are insane! I bought them for my daughter, who has sensory issues, and they've helped her so much! 100% would recommend!
