Best in 4K sound quality sply i like bass quality smooth clear most of hands free hurts head nerve system due to bad bass & treble but this Realme model i like bcoz I bought for my grand parents & for them sound hurting is worst so in this I'm so happy woth sound quality & which is automatic On/Off system also unique when we sapret the buds it will conact automatically no need of searching which is very easy to use for new user & Old age people also. & the most important thing is price. So finally I got perfact combo best price, best sound quite, best in use. Thank you real me team.

It's a great product. I liked it but there are some cons of it. PROS:- •Great sound quality •Are very comfortable to wear for long time •Good functionality NEUTRAL:- •ok battery life, getting around 25-30hr •Volume control is a little bit difficult to use for me •Build quality is ok-good side CONS:- •Wire quality is not good •No type c cable in the box

Quality is good. No issue after purchase. Previous I used realme buds 3 ANC model. Some where I lost it. Now brought realme buds 3 neo, only difference I can feel is this one is non ANC. Music quality, everything is same. My favourite is samsung. Free earphones I got it it in 2011 long ago. Still the quality of sound is very balanced..this modern brands are having good quality material used at budget price but sound quality feel is missing. But still better than boat or some other brands. Recommend under 1000rs..

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with this entire experience. I ordered a Realme Wireless Neo 3 Neckband in green color, but what I received was the wrong product — a black one. This is basic negligence. On top of that, the product was defective right out of the box. It wouldn’t even turn on initially. After charging, it powered on, but the sound quality was completely unacceptable — one side had very weak audio and the other side was also faulty. I tried to raise a complaint on Amazon within an hour of receiving the product, but shockingly, there was no proper option available. I was redirected to contact the seller instead, which is not what a customer expects after receiving a defective item. I even went to the Realme service center, hoping for a resolution, but they clearly refused to fix the issue and told me to contact Amazon again. When I called Amazon customer care, I was told to wait until the payment was received and that I would get a callback — which never happened. I had to call again after two days, only to be told that a return was scheduled for 30th March. Even that was mishandled. The pickup happened on 31st March, and since then, the status is still “in process.” It has been an unreasonably long time, and I still have not received my refund. This entire experience has been highly unprofessional, careless, and completely unacceptable. Receiving the wrong and defective product, followed by such poor customer support and delay in refund, reflects very badly on your service. I expect an immediate resolution and my refund without any further delay.

I was earlier using Realme Buds Wireless 2 now after using it for almost 2 yrs now purchased this. This wireless 3 Neo is very good seems a good updated of Wireless 2. Noise cancellation connectivity is all good. Only thing which i didn't liked is the magnet strength. It a bit weak and easy gets separated. Wire quality could have been better. Rest all good
