I disliked how gummies stick to backteeth Usually hate orange flavour but enjoyed these Enjoyed letting them slowly dissolve instead Accidentally swallowed a few partially dissolved gummies went down without choking but can feel like a pill stuck in throat Drink hot-warm water and it will dissolve if you accidentally swallow Does contain sugar so rinse mouth well after eating Check nothings stuck to teeth to prevent cavities Took 2 weeks to feel more energy Like them so much sometimes we ate 4 gummies in a day Don’t take within 2hrs of iron or magnesium
