Horrible
The zoom control is terrible. The rocker is hard to get slow zooms and the slowest speed on the handle zoom is unbelievably fast. If you are filming sports your zooms will look like an amateur. If you are filming anything that needs slow professional looking zooming this is NOT the camera for you. It is as if the people designing this camera have never used a pro-level video camera. A LANC controller will not fix the problems either. I won't even begin to tell you how bad Sony Pro service has become. If you have any problems with your camera you will not have a pleasant experience.
