So far so good. I will update this review after i have more time with it. I watched a bunch of review videos on youtube on best robot mop and vacuum combos prior to purchasing. I was between this and a couple of others. Initial concerns i had with this were with its navigation system that other reviewers had pointed out. So far it seems to be just fine. If you do an initial mapping and it doesn't pick up an area and you later remove the junk that was blocking it, then it will remap that area next round and pick up in the missed area next time. So this was a plus and placated my concerns with its navigation. Second concern i had is with pet hair tangling. Only time will tell. None of the reviewers i found did an extensive review where they had 2 dogs and a cat in their house like me; most reviewers seemed to just run this some pet hair once and called it good from there so i didnt really buy it; the problem with pet hair in my opinion can only be seen overtime. So i will update the review a couple months later to see how well this does. I upgraded from a roomba j7 and got tired of the pet hair tangling the rollers and always having to maintain it after every other vacuuming; also the roomba j7s side brush would always get tangled. So i will see if over time the side brush on this gets tangled. apparently with the way the side brush was designed on this the hair is supposed to roll downward off the sidebrush and this prevents the hairs from tangling on it; so we shall see. Apparently roller styled robots mop the best, and so far it is far better than my roomba braava jet. Floors havent been this clean for awhile so i am thoroughly satisfied. i have it set to just vacuum and mop at the same time, so we shall see how this does with pet hair on the roller mop brush as well. Only one youtube reviewer did a review on long term maintenance after a couple months of usage, i think his channel is called just a dad. I think this one is the easiest because the mop tray can just come out and lets you just wash it in the sink so that will be a plus to me. He didn't give this robot a pass on his gold standard because of the navigation and obstacle avoidance, but mines is doing just fine. This all said, his review was maybe about a year ago so this robot has probably had some time to get updates since and it shows to me. Overall i am very satisfied for a first impression. Wow what a game changer for automated floor care! I came from a 10 year old shark robo vac and never throughly cleaned my floors no matter how much it bumped around the walls. I have been keeping an eye out for these type of vacs for a while and noticed a huge improvement in the mopping tech that made me pull the trigger. The amount of bells and whistles this thing has is crazy. I find myself just watching it from the app on my phone while I am at work. Any time it has an issue it gives you videos on how to correct which is super helpful. I have been taking other reviews into account when it comes to keeping it smelling fresh with frequent. Mapping is solid and it seemed to work best when all the rooms were well lit. No issues with tangling hair that I seemed to struggle constantly with the old machine. Build quality is great and the value for the money spent was excellent. If there are any issues will using for an extended period, I will update.

Este robot aspirador y fregona me ha resuelto la vida , esta ha sido una de mis mejores compras , este robot súper mis espectativas . Aspira muy bien el polvo , pelos y suciedad , y la función de trapeador deja mi piso impecable sin manchas ni marcas con un brillo realmente asombroso. Desde que la tengo mantengo mi casa muy limpia y para mí es más fácil . Me encanta que trabaja sola solo tengo que botar su agua y hecharle agua limpia , la programo y ella recorre toda la casa sin problema, incluso pasa por debajo de los muebles y llega a lugares donde normalmente me cuesta mucho limpiar. La batería dura bastante y cuando termina regresa sola a su base para cargarse. Es silenciosa , practica y me ahora mucho tiempo en la limpieza diaria. La recomiendo totalmente para cualquier persona que quiera mantener su casa limpia sin pasar trabajo. Sin duda este robot a sido mi mejor inversión.

With three cats, I’m constantly dealing with tracked litter, fur tumbleweeds, and random clumps of hair in every corner of the house. This robot mop-vac has honestly been a game changer. The suction is powerful enough to pull litter out of rugs and along baseboards, and the anti-tangle system means I’m not constantly cleaning hair off the brush. The mopping is just as impressive. It actually removes paw prints and dust instead of smearing them around, and the self-cleaning dock keeps everything hands-off. Navigation is smart and reliable, setup was quick, and the app makes scheduling easy. I still do a deep clean occasionally, but for daily maintenance in a multi-cat household, considering all of the time saved, this thing absolutely earns five stars.

I bought it refurbished... It arrived in great condition... Unfortunately I wasn't able to get the robot to accurately map my home... Mechanically it performed outstanding but the technological side left allot to be desired...

One of the best devices I have gotten under this price range. My old robot vacuum was different company and my shift to this one is completely transformational in terms of quality and accuracy. Highly recommended for someone who like Aesthetic robot vacuum. Is very silent too so doesn't make too noise. 10/10 for me.

I'm really excited for this unit. I've had several other cleaning robots so I kind of know the routine. you have to babysit it the first few times, you have to fiddle with the settings, if you have long hair it will definitely get tangled on the rollers. the people that were shocked that you have to tell it to vacuum before you mop made me laugh, because who mops their floors before they vacuum? it has a lower height profile than my previous robot vacuums, so it doesn't get caught under my chair and sofa. I absolutely love being able to come home at night and just empty the dirty water and dust bins. I run it everyday because I have a number of pets and two small kids. is it perfect? no. not by a long shot. but it certainly better then having to vacuum everyday myself.

Really impressed with the ECOVACS DEEBOT X9 Pro Omni for a while now and I really like it very much. Suction power is strong and handles dust, crumbs, and pet hair with no problem on both hardwood floors and carpets. The mopping feature works better than I expected, and the auto wash and dry system makes the whole experience truly hands-free. Navigation is smart and smooth, and it does a great job avoiding furniture, cords, and tight spaces. The Omni station is well designed and cuts down on daily maintenance a lot. The app is easy to use, setup was quick, and scheduling is reliable. While it’s definitely a premium-priced robot vacuum, the performance, convenience, and time saved make it feel worth the investment. Overall, it’s a solid upgrade and a great option if you want powerful cleaning with minimal effort.

Definitivamente una de las mejores inversiones que pude hacer. Excelente barrido y trapeado. La recomiendo ampliamente.

Ótimo robô. Limpa como nenhum outro. Tem quer se atentar que esse robô precisa de configuração, tipo a parte de IA por ex. Precisa de um wi-fi 2.4 sólido. Precisa ter a câmera limpa com umas certa frequência. E precisa usar o líquido da ecovacs para limpeza. O robô e perfeito para meu uso, onde a maior parte da casa e piso frio. De novo... Já tive várias marcas de robô e nenhuma limpa como esse.
