I want to start off by saying I literally ordered this product and received it the next day. While unboxing it I noticed that I had two lids the same size but none fit my 6 quart pot. I immediately started communicating with the customer service department. The response was fast ( with in 24hrs) it took about three email messages in three days to find a resolution which was to send me a replacement lid free of charge but that lid would not match my set as the company currently did not have a proper fitting lid in stock for my 6 quart pot. I don’t mind having a mismatched lid for this set however I still paid full price for a matching set and no other compensation was offered or given. I like the set and I am enjoying the product as it cooks food evenly and the clean up is amazing. I do think the company was deceptive in selling a product knowing that the lid for the 6 quart pot was out of stock and should have mentioned it.

The set is fine. I have cooked with it. It is as described. there was a screw missing from the saucepan. The company did not have a replacement screw or saucepan. They have offered to compensate monetarily

The pans and pots are solid and so far do not get damage easily, either while cooking or in the dishwasher. The non stick surface is very appreciable as well compared to stainless steel. I wish the set has a medium pot, most of them are pretty large except for the very small one with the handle. The quality is there so far. However, I give only 3 stars because the cooking time is actually way longer compared to my previous pans with my induction stove, which is a bummer because induction is chosen to reduce cooking time. Time will tell if this set survives.
