Holds my curls, lightweight and doesn't have a strong scent. It does hydrate my dry hair especially in warmer climates.

If you don't know anything about this product then you should read: apply to damp hair, distribute well, then gently shape your waves or curls with your hands. Let it dry. The product shrinks onto each strand of hair, to tighten your natural wave pattern. Smells like Heaven.

This is one of my favorite curly hair products. I find that it is really great for anti frizz, which I sometimes deal with living in a humid climate. I find that compared to other leading conditioners actually really helps with my hair feeling nice and soft without it being way down or feeling too hard or gel like I ran out of this product and I didn’t know if I was gonna repurchase it, but after trying to other leaving conditioners that I had at home, I was convinced to purchase this again. I still use it with a gel like cream after, but this one helps with moisturization and also a little bit of defining.

The cream does work good and defines my curls much better than Cantu or shae moisture ever did however it dries out my scalp and gives me dandruff. Also it’s insanely expensive for what you get.

I really like this Aveda product. I’ve always gotten perms so I’d have some control over my hair, but I haven’t had one in almost three years because it’s just too many chemicals on my old hair. As a result my hair is flat, frizzy, and curly all at the same time. I was at a loss as to what I could do to have some control over how it looks. My daughter suggested that I try a curl cream (she has beautiful, perfect, uniform curls), so I tried this cream. I applied a very small amount to my slightly damp shoulder-length hair. I dried it with a diffuser, using warm and cool air settings. I probably used less than a dime-sized amount, mostly applying it to the top and ends. I was so surprised at how soft and wavy my hair is. I mixed the cream with a little water, and that was all it needed. It has been three days since I washed my hair, and it still looks good! I spritz it with a little water in the morning and that’s all it needs. My hair is not flat, stiff, or sticky. I’m very pleased with this product! By the way, a lot of people mention the scent. It is very light and disappears almost immediately, at least on my hair. I hate strong smells, especially coconut, which drives me crazy, but this curl cream hasn’t bothered me at all. I will definitely buy it again!

A pricey product but very worth it! It doesn't leave me a lot of build up and keeps my curls very soft and looking healthy.

This is the best. Massage it in to damp hair and scrunch dry. Brilliant curls that last all day. My hair is very wavy and curly in places but this gives it lovely even curls all over. Wouldn’t work on straight hair or long hair all the same length. Best on layered styles. Worth every penning in my opinion. 😊

Best product on the market for curly hair. It leaves my hair soft, not crunchy, and doesn't leave it as the "wet look"
