This helped me tremendously - fixed my sluggish energy from vitamin d deficiency. It worked for me from the first few days. I did take the higher dose of 5,000 iu vitamin D and switched to this lower dose to be safer long term. It helped my son tremendously with his tiredness, sluggishness and even with clearer thinking and communication! Within a few days. Again the higher 5,000 iu dose. I’m taking this daily for 2 years. I recommend it to my friends a lot.

My vitamin d levels were low and was on a high dosage now that my levels are good I switched to this to maintain proper levels so far so good my doctor is happy as well

Easy to use
Convenient because I take one little pill instead of two. Tiny pills so it’s easy to swallow. I’m only taking this because my Dr said I had to and this was the easiest and most convenient way to do it. Price is great for the package.
