Makeup Mirror with Lights

This is "the one." This mirror is the perfect size, it's crystal clear, and the bulbs are bright. Most importantly, it tilts! Most in this larger size do not. That's key! And something we don't usually think about before buying. Please be sure to consider before you do, unless you happen to like bulbs across your face or you only want to see the top of your head or the bottom of your chin. Moving on, the power cord, the backing, and the frame are all the same color. The frame and accoutrements are metal, and the baseplate is solid as a rock! Ruffling the plate after assembly is like trying to teach a pig to fly, if you've heard that old joke, i.e. it accomplishes nothing except to waste your time and annoy the pig. The power and charging connections are on the side of the mirror, which is super convenient compared to the back panel. A wish to have them on the frame instead, but this definitely works! There are also thoughtful connections of both A and C for charging phone or whatever else you might want, and you can choose which side to attach the holder. It's apparent a lot of thought went into the design of this mirror! Where the problems arose were at the factory. I'm on my second mirror in as many days. The first mirror had an assembly issue similar to what another reviewer described, where she had to drill out one of the screw holes herself. Mine had four channels, but there weren't any threads at all in one of them. I was crushed after finally finding the perfect storm of everything else, believe me! Amazon to the rescue with a replacement, and here we are, back in bright, shiny, beautiful business! The second mirror assembled perfectly, after remembering to take into account the angle of plate to mirror. This mirror is definitely a beauty, and it will be essential to any routine to make me one, too! :) ASSEMBLY TIP: Add a screw to each of the four holes, but don't fully tighten them; only just enough to keep the plate in place. At this point, look below the baseplate and check its angle to the frame. Reverse the screws and reposition until sitting 90° flush, then tighten like crazy! :)

Description says 6509k but there is no way it gets that bright. The mirror itself is a perfect size, it’s pretty & sturdy. I returned it because the lights weren’t bright enough.

I finally got to put this together and it's lovely!!! Very easy to assemble- just a few screws and it comes with the tool. The size is impressive and the quality of lights is also very impressive. I love that you can adjust to which lighting you want (soft, white or natural). No issues with the function of it-easily turns on and off and the stand holds it well. I keep it in my closet where there are no windows or natural light as I prefer a minimalist look in my bedroom and it works even better than natural light! Highly recommend. Price is fair for value.

I am VAIN with this gorgeous, gorgeous mirror. I've put it on top of my dresser to turn it into an actual vanity, and it is just lovely. The lighting is bright and customizable with different tones. The size is magnificent and has caused a problem that I can now check myself out from across my room, which I couldn't do before. The quality of the mirror is good, and it is certainly sturdy enough that I don't worry about it tipping over. The weight of the base allows me to adjust the tilt of the mirror as I please, not that I do that very much. You can add a stand to keep your phone or tablet, as I'm sure a lot of us tend to watch something while getting ready for the day, but I chose not to add that attachment--it's nice to have the option!

This is a really beautiful and functional vanity mirror that you can rotate to your liking to do your makeup in the morning. Once plugged in, the lighting is fairly easy to use depending on what you prefer (temperature of light and how bright you want it to be). My preference is warm light, but it's good to see what your makeup looks like in cool lights as well (typically office lights). A couple of features that I haven't seen on mirrors before is a phone holder and a charging port - this is great if you need to charge or plug in other items nearby without the hassle of having to find another outlet, and the phone holder allows you to watch videos, record videos, or make calls while you get ready, allowing you to multitask. The item also comes with a detachable mirror for more fine-detailed work. I personally don't use this as much but this may benefit those who have worse eyesight. I do wish the charging ports and power supply weren't at the top right though - would make more sense to have them at the bottom or at the back, but not a huge issue.

I have mixed feelings about this mirror. It's a good quality, clear, solid, mirror but it doesn't get very bright compared to my old, smaller vanity mirror which is really important to me. I also hate the small mirror it comes with to suction to the larger one and use for things like tweezing your eyebrows, or painting you eyeliner, but it's completely unuseable. It's so blurry and way too magnified, as soon as you get your eye fixed the mirror you can't see anything else, and if you move it you still can't see anything because it's too blurry. So now I have this huge lighted mirror, which is really beautiful, but not fully functional for me so I have to keep my smaller one right in front of it. Feels like a waste for $80 for my needs but perhaps it'll work for someone else. I also wish the phone charger dock had a wireless charging option like I thought it did. It has a small stand that covers a good portion of your mirror and you still have to run a wire through it to charge your device. Then then you unplug it your charger just slips out because there's nothing holding it in place. Quite silly really. I like they the mirror offered cool and warm lighting as well as both! I found the power button for lighting intensity to be a little touchy though and each time I tried to adjust it I had to press it a few times. All in all this mirror didn't meet all of my needs and is a little high priced considering similar items I've seen for sale at Winners, so I'm deducting 2 stars
