Best Naturals Creatine 1000 mg 240 Tablets

Tablets are big but easy to swallow. Started noticing a positive effect from day 5, more energy.

I tried myprotein ones and they're massive, these are still quite big but compared to others they're the best and at a good price, although they've gone up a bit recently.

When I received the creatine I decided to take 3 tablets in one go on the first day (far fewer than suggested on the label). I went to bed usual time, tired...but could not get to sleep for over 4 hours. My heart rate went up and I suspected that it must be the creatine tablets as I hadn't taken anything else. The next day I just took one tablet in the morning, but my sleep was still disturbed for well over an hour. Before this I had been sleeping really well after spending weeks attending to sleep hygiene, sticking to the same bedtime etc. So, I'm reluctant to take any more of these, sadly, as sleep is very important to me and I feel a bit ragged now, to be honest. I've tried searching for scientific reports mentioning this side effect (insomnia) but can't find any, so maybe it's unusual (there are reports of it on sites like Reddit). I eat a vegan diet so maybe my body was a bit shocked to receive a big dose of creatine! It is a shame, but at least my experience shows that these are very effective creatine tablets - most people seem fine with them.

I find that tablets easiest way for me to take this be warned, there are quite large, but I don’t have an issue with them

Main thing is each tablet is 1000mg and they are by far the easiest to swallow. Reviewers mentioning difficulty in swallowing presumably have not tried the other brands on offer! Not only are these a little smaller, they are also coated and slide down very easily. Good price too.

3g daily, 15min before workout. No loading phase. Works good.

To be honest I've had to bin these because they were just far too big. Four is what you should take, but even cut in thirds I really struggled.
