I bought Mad Catz RAT 5,7 before buying this and they both sucked so much for playing starcraft no matter how I set the DPI so I sold them both a weeks ago. I've read plenty of reviews saying that this model sucks and has horrible durability. But I have seen and used this mice a lot since it's one of the most common stock mouse that you can fine everywhere around dell computers. My office computers have the same model and when I played Starcraft with this, I was able to perform my 100 percent micro control. I trusted my own experience rather than listing to people here and I guess I was right. I now am 100% satisfied with the mouse control and I haven't felt this great when I was using computer. I see people here complaining about it's double click issue and not lasting for a couple years but I don't give a thing cuz who expect such things for $7 mice? This mouse does way more than it's price and I'm good with that. If u don't like the fact that this doesn't work without breakage for like 5 years you should see a doctor lol.

After 10 years of heavy usage, my trusty Dell mouse started acting up due to age, so I purchased the EXACT SAME MODEL hoping to get another 10 years. Boy was I wrong. I have had issues with this mouse after the first month of purchase. It began malfunctioning after about the first month, then progressively became worse where I couldn't even properly highlight text, or had to click several times to place my text curser where I wanted it. The scrolling wheel would even sometimes stick. So, it finally got to the point where it was interfering with my work so I tried to go through the proper channels to have it replaced or repaired since it is still under warranty. Tried to do so online, but could not go through the steps required of me because Dell first wants to scan your computer. Well, the problem is not the computer, so I am unable to get past this to even chat with technical support. After jumping around Dell's website trying to find the appropriate way to solve my issue for well over an hour, I ended up calling their number. I was connected to a man who had a heavy Indian accent, who seemed to not understand me, and kept directing that I give the service tag on my computer. I kept telling him it is not the computer but the mouse, and that it does not have a service tag. The man acknowledged that it was a mouse, and that it did not have a service tag, but still was somehow insisting that I needed to give him the service tag on the computer. I told the man the problem is not the computer, as the mouse is hardwired, and that it is the buttons that are malfunctioning. The man then directed me to visit a Dell store in person because I purchased the mouse on Amazon. I asked him where my closest store was, and he told me I just need to google it. Well, I googled it, and the only store I found in my area only rings once, and then informs me that the number is no longer in service. I'm not going to waste my time driving across town just to find out they are no longer operational or won't address my issue. What a joke. This will be the last time I will ever buy a Dell product. I cannot imagine if I had problems with something more important, like a computer. Thank goodness my computer is not a Dell.

I purchased this mouse back in mid 2019 and it's still working. I used it on daily basis ever since I received it. After using it for so many days, it started becoming shiny on certain places as plastic product would normally become. Even though I clean it almost every month, it continued to become shiny and slippery. Overall it's a good general purpose mouse. Can't really complain about it at this price tag. You get what you pay for. Most probably I will not purchase it again though.

デルの公式サイトで、有線マウスと入れて検索をかけると、このマウスは出て来ません。検索の仕方が悪いのか、はたまた本当に扱っていないのか、そこでアマゾンで買いました。デルのプレシジョンというパソコンを使っているので、マウスもデルのをと思った次第です。サポートを受ける時、デルの製品だと色々と有利に働くようで、例えば、故障した時の扱い等も違ってくるようなので、買ってみました。果たして、今後どうなるでしょう。使い勝手は悪くないようです。以上。
