The plug-and-play connector lined up perfectly and the power adjustment and heat functions work as expected. The smooth black finish matches the OEM housing style well, though if your car is not black you will need to paint it before installation. DOT certified and independently tested, which gives some peace of mind. Installation took under 15 minutes. One thing to be aware of: this mirror is listed for Maxima trims without the Around View Monitor, so if your vehicle has AVM, double-check compatibility first. Good quality for the price and a far better deal than going through the dealer.

After 2 mailboxes this mirror is a great OEM replacement for those with teenage drivers. Blends in and works perfectly for my 2014 Ford Edge SE.

This is a complete side mirror replacement and includes the outer cover. While not identical to the original, it is close enough that you would not notice at a glance. I watched a you tube video on how to install it on my car and was able to do it in about an hour (I had never done it before and had never removed door pannels before, so I feel like that was pretty good). We had been quoted $840 - $900 by local body shops to replace the mirror. A Chevy branded mirror was over $300 WITHOUT the cover, which needed to be purchased separately for about $90. This mirror cost me about $150, including the cover (which there was two of, one already on the mirror and one in the box). I bought a $5.99 trim tool set to help with the door pannel and already had a socket rachet set. Overall well worth it if you are any way handy. It works just as well as the original factory mirror, it's just black and not the same color as the car, but my car is a dark color so it's not really noticeable. I guess if you are concerned with the color you could get a spray paint that is close to the car color and use it on the cover (I would probably do this if I had a car where it would be really obvious it was a replacement).

Useless. The product is not compatible with a 2019 Subaru Forester. The vehicle uses a 16-pin connector, but the product has a 24-pin connector, contrary to the description and pictures.

The product is identical to the original. Installed and tested; good to go. It has basic function power mirror and that’s what I need. Big saving compared to Ford’s quote of over $ 1k.

I first ordered one mirror, and it was broken in the corner. Then I ordered another one, and it arrived broken in the same place! It was a total waste of time.

Form fit and function are great, would have been a 5 star if specs mentioned this mirror is not heated.
