I now use this rice panko exclusively. I get very crisp, crunchy results on fish, chicken. I see where some cooks use it to sprinkle on deserts. It’s a delightful upgrade from wheat flower bread crumbs. And this brand is about the best priced. Love it.

Missing that crunch as a celiac, here it is!

It's a great addition to a Celiac Friendly Diet , Meatloaf is amazing with these crunchy little guys. Chicken Fingers are also amazing. All around great Gluten free substitute for just about that calls for bread crumbs. Only downside is the small package size, Would be nice if the offered a Family Or Bulk size.

My kids are such picky eaters and it’s been very hard with chicken and gluten free coating until I found this! This is absolutely delicious for the entire family, gluten fed or not.

These are fine as GF panko. We've been using them for some time. They are not so perfect that we wouldn't try another brand, but GF breadcrumbs are not easy to find.
