The first time I tried Liquid I.V. was on a friend’s recommendation after we spent a day at a winery in the sun. Just drinking water is not enough after that: you’ve gotta replenish electrolytes. I was kinda shocked by how much better I felt afterward. This is the first electrolyte drink I’ve tried that actually makes a noticeable difference. I assume it’s the balance of vitamins and sodium. Liquid IV says the sugar is what helps get vitamins into your bloodstream more effectively. Now I keep these on hand all the time, especially in the winter, when I wake up feeling dry and sluggish first thing in the morning. I have one every day or every other day. For me, the perfect ratio is one packet mixed into 1 liter of water. It tastes great and feels genuinely hydrating without being overpowering. The Strawberry Lemonade flavor is my favorite flavor! I have never noticed any stomach discomfort. I do have a sensitive stomach but I only feel better and more hydrated drinking these. Price-wise, it was the same ordering from Amazon as from the Liquid I.V. website. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something that really helps with hydration. not just flavored water. High quality, high functionality, and actually works.

Since trying Liquid I.V. I’ve been consistently buying not just this flavor but several of them. My son is a track and cross country runner and loves them. Also I buy the sugar free flavor for my husband and I. Adding these to our bottles of water is so much better than just drinking the water itself.

These things are so good. It helps with my leg cramps, since I don't drink enough water or eat on my stretch of night shift. dissolves easily, but don't breath it in accidently after you add water. good size, I add to a 40oz water. It gave me energy, but not like overly caffeinated energy. like good vibes energy.

Dissolves easily and perfect to throw in bags and backpacks on the go. Helps especially one sports days to keep energy levels sustained in the sun - easy on the stomach and taste is one of my favs (strawberry lemonade)

I got this because I heard it was good for keeping you hydrated while breastfeeding, and I can say that it worked for me. I was having headaches and I figured I wasn’t drinking enough water, but I needed something other than plain water; so i figured I would try these. The strawberry lemonade one tastes really good. It helped me feel better after drinking it. I like that they come in little packets to make it easy to throw in a bag while on the run with a little one.
