From the moment I unboxed it, I could tell this was a high-quality, thoughtfully designed piece of equipment made for people who are serious about embroidery, whether for business or personal use. Been an awesome machine! Freight company very easy to work with and setup was fairly easy with a helper! The machine has run great and is a great upgrade from a single needle machine. After a slight learning curve, it has become fun to make multiple items! The quality of the machine and maintenance is straightforward and simple.

Love the machine, being honest that it has been a challenge and a real learning curve. I would admit most problems are self inflicted because of lack of understanding and experience. Now things are getting better with every use as I understand the machine and the processes. I have had some great results with the products I have been able to complete. Only a couple months in with limited time. Support has been great to help me with problems. I would recommend the machine!

Let me just say that I am so happy with this purchase. There are many things that I need to address so humor me. 1. Be mindful that this machine is heavy. You will need at least 2 or more very strong individuals to lift and move this machine. 2. Measure your doorway. It is wide and may require you to take your doors off the hinges. 3. This machine is a thing of beauty and very intimidating if this is your first commercial embroidery machine. I cried and my anxiety escalated to a 10. 4. There will be a learning curve. Don't let it scare you. Embrace the challenge and it will pay off. 5. There is help out there. Although there is a time difference, Leo and Ren were the best. They responded quickly and guided me through all of my challenges with set up, tension testing, needle problems and everything else I messed up. 6. And finally, once you overcome all of the initial anxieties with set up and first stitch out, you will be very happy with this product. It stitches so nice and smooth. I want to make all of the things that I had so much trouble with when using my flatbed machine. I would absolutely recommend this machine for the cost and functionality it is well worth the purchase

Don't hesitate to order this! I did my usual due diligence when I was considering entering the 15 needle embroidery world. There is a ton of conflicting information out there and I nearly didn't purchase any multi needle! Eventually I decided on this BAI machine that was branded as a Poolin x BAI. The machine that arrived said BAI Mirror and had no reference to poolin. Also, I did receive accessories that I had assumed were not included with this machine which was a pleasant surprise. The machine is high quality and heavy! It will take 2 people to get this up on the heavy stand that comes with it. Taking that leap of faith, I ordered and was surprised of my notification that it would arrive early! Excellent! It was delivered by truck and it required 2 men to bring it into the house! ( I tipped them because I didnt recall paying extra for inside delivery!) The crate impressed my husband for sure! He said it was the highest quality he had ever seen! We got it unboxed, together and set up in an hour. Initially I did have an issue with the machine, but I reached out to their customer service and Luke Ren knocked it out of park! The customer service is the most incredible I hae experienced in my life, hands down. Luke Ren resolved my issue with incredible patience and expertise. Seriously impressive. I am so happy that I made this decision! I am happily using my new machine, and it being my first multi needle, I am impressed with the ease of finding a clear answer to my questions either on their youtube channel or simply reaching out via text to Luke Ren and his team. True concierge level service. Did I say I was impressed? Don't hesitate. Just buy it, you wont be sorry!

This is an amazing machine. I have a single needle machine and upgraded to the Poolin EOX. It is simple to use and produces beautiful embroidery! I had questions for the support team and they were prompt in their responses and very helpful. I have made several things with this machine already and am very impressed

Oh my gosh what a bargain this machine is. I have been in the market to replace my old flat bed Embroidery Machine and wanted something I could more easily do clothing and hats which you can't do very well on a flat bed machine. I was finding used machines for a little less than this new machine. This Machine provides so many additional extra supplies, the 15 needles, open free arm features I was looking at an amazing price. It is super heavy weight so it will take 2-3 people to get it moved where you want, (We used a Garden Cart or you can use a 4 wheel dolly to make it easier to roll into the space you want) It comes with a great tool kit, 54 spools of thread, sample stabilizers of different kinds, two sets of T-shirt Hoops, and two sets of hat hoops included, it comes with it's own stand and everything you need to get started. Machines of this caliber would be double the cost at a dealer. The crate it was shipped in was also very well packed and a solid wood shipping container. I have still been learning the machine but have stitched out a couple items as practice. There was no installation manual to put it together but it was pretty straight forward, the book it comes with explains how to embroider items but it does not show how to hoop your items, or installation of the hat hoop or t-shirt hoops. However, youtube has a sight BAI Embroidery Machine with several instructional video's. This is perfect because I am more a visual learner and you can watch, pause and replay, from threading the machine, hooping hats and t-shirts (I spent an hr trying to hoop a hat fighting it until I finally watched the video to find there is an adjustment piece that had to be set and once I saw the video and adjusted the piece it fit easily, care and maintenance of the machine (you must oil it to maintain it - make sure to watch that video) When the machine came it did have two broken needles that probably occured during shipping I learned the hard way to change the needle do not remove the screw all the way (it only has two/three threads) the entire thing pops apart and it is extremely difficult to put the gasket and needle bar back together, a video shows to barely loosen the screw and get something to kind of shift and pull the needle out as it doesn't fall out freely. Their youtube videos walk you through a lot of useful information. So far I am extremely happy with this purchase.
