I loved this product. I had been dying my hair copper for some time now and I wanted to return to my natural color, ash blonde. So before I used color oops I washed my hair with dandruff shampoo for a week because that already gets rid of lot of the red color in your hair. Then I used color oops. It was very liquid and had a nasty smell but after about 25 minutes you could see a lot of difference. My hair is blonde now. It still has a slight red undertone and it isn't my natural color (it more honey or golden blonde now) but it will seem a lot more natural when I let this color grow out of my hair. I'm very pleased about how my hair turned out.
