Corn Starch, Egg Whites, Sugar, Gum Arabic, Calcium Sulphate, Citric Acid, Potassium Acid Tartrate, Artificial Flavor, Silicon Dioxide

I use it in place of raw egg whites for royal icing. It comes with recipes for royal icing and flood icing, or you can look them up on the Wilton website. There are also several other recipes online if you search for them. It is nice because it reduces the amount of mess that is made and is a safer alternative if you are concerned about using raw egg whites. There is also a recipe for making meringue, but I haven't personally used that one. If you have further questions, I suggest you go to the Wilton website and read about it. I hope this helps!

What is the item weight? i see information that doesn't match each other. item weight: 15.4 pounds ; shipping weight: 5.6 ounces

This ad has several items attached to it. The 4 oz, 8 oz and 16 oz. Buy the product by the weight on the can and in the ad, select the one you want. Also, since it is by weight, it matters not how full the can is as long as your product inside contains 4 oz. Shipping weight is probably about that, but item weight is wrong.

Used it for attaching edible images but doesn't dry will it dry on open surface

Meringue Powder creates meringue topping or royal icing. Buttercream or edible adhesive would work better to attach edible images.
