These were fantastic. A surprise find that I bought on a whim for stocking stuffers. Husband was very excited to make in the crock pot. Seared the chuck roast, added beef broth and a can of beer for the liquid, dropped in the bomb, slow cooked for 8 hours on low. Let it sit over night on cold porch for flavors to meld then heated on low in crock pot for another few hours the next day. Dipped corn tortillas into birra sauce then fried in pan. Topped tacos with cheese, cilantro, onion, a little verde salsa and sour cream. Everyone agreed this is a make again (possibly weekly). Worth the price for the time savings and amazing flavor.

These birria bombs are awesome. The bombs contain all of the ingredients needed to make the best burrito tacos. In past it would take a little time to get the ingredients needed, the correct amounts and the storing of the remaining spices. These barriers bombs have every spice needed, no measuring and their size means easy storage with minimum space requirements. They are so easy to use as well. Great product.

I was so excited to try this, esp after all the amazing reviews. It turned out good, however, I guess the flavor was not exactly what I was expecting based on Birria I’ve had previously. The cinnamon and or clove (not sure what ingredients are used but that is my guess) flavor was too strong for my liking. We were happy with the meal but not sure I would buy again because of that.
