For a very long time I had been wanting a neck pillow to use on airplanes, but all the pillows I saw for sale looked uncomfortable in that they had too much "support" behind the head which would mean my head and neck would be pushed forward/away from the seat back. The BCOZZY design is very nice in that there are variations in the thickness of the pillow which allows the users to adjust the placement of the pillow as needed. The inside diameter of the pillow was a bit snug for me (petite female) when I had the two arms overlapped as shown in the promotional pictures, so I think it would be too snug for my 6'2" husband. Since the product can not be washed in the washing machine, I would really like to see the company offer a slipcover for it so I could really sanitize the pillow that touches my neck and face after being in contact with the airline seat, and who-knows-what during the hand luggage screening.I "test drove" the pillow in my own bed before my flight to South America...it works nice for sleeping on your side, and allows your head to be nestled in the center hole so that your head and neck are not pushed out of alignment.

I love my Bcozzy pillow! This is my second one (the dog tore up my first one). I recently used it in the hospital, I was so grateful that I had it and could sleep. I used my original pillow for several years. I had spinal surgery and gad to sleep in a chair and the Bcozzy neck pillow really helped with neck pain. Highly recommend!!

Bcozzy works great. Was on a 15 hour flight from LAX to Sydney, AU that departed at 10:30pm. Was actually able to get some sleep on the plane thanks to this travel pillow. It offers great support for the neck. With previous pillows, when I'd doze off, I would suddenly have my neck fall forward or to the side and cause me to I jerk awake and have neck pain or feel like I was falling forward. That never happened with the Bcozzy. It was comfortable, easy to adjust and worked fine to allow my needed sleep that helped avoid bad jet lag when we landed in Sydney. The pillow has a little snapping strap that works great to attach to your carry on or backpack. I'm glad I bought the Bcozzy and highly recommend it.

I love this travel pillow! It is comfortable, easy to use, and allows you to adjust how tightly you wrap around your neck for more or less support (and use for various neck sizes). I have purchased several of these and we still fight over who gets to use them!

I don't know why people said it's stinky. I recently have a neck issue so I use it frequently at home, especially while I am working on my laptop. I doesn't stink at all.

Love! The only product I have found that works. It is narrow in the back of the neck, so your head is not pushed forward. I thought there would be fasteners for when you have it wrapped like in the picture, the the fabric pretty much stays put due to friction. Sometimes it would loosen up and you had to retighten, but SO much better than any other product I have tried.

This neck pillow was exactly what I was looking for--an attractive, supportive pillow for long flights that can be used in many conformations. I also really appreciate the button-clasp that connects it to the handle of my carry-on bag. The pillow arrived quickly from the seller, in great condition. I'm quite pleased with this purchase!

Funciona bastante bien pero hubiera agradecido que fuera (1) lavable, ya que en algún momento tocó el suelo y dudo que estuviera 100% limpio y (2) que pudiera incluir algún tipo de velcro para cerrarse y que no se abriera como me pasó casi cada vez que la usé. Al final acababa despertándome cuando notaba que la cabeza me caía una vez se abría y dejaba de sujetar el mentón.
