We're thrilled with this purchase! It's fantastic for creating a fun atmosphere right at home. The sound is loud, clear, and distortion-free. There are two microphones included, so you can sing together. The kids are thrilled, and the adults are not far behind 😊 The microphones capture your voice clearly, without any хрипов or delays. It connects quickly via Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, and you can play any music from your smartphone. It holds a charge well, and we took it on a picnic — it worked all evening. It's perfect for parties, family gatherings, and holidays. We are very satisfied with our purchase!

I have had this for 3 months, and the positives: It delivers with regards to powerful sound, and the microphones have worked well - there's no latency at all. It's pretty easy to use - I did have to update the Youtube app, but that's pretty straightforward (just like adding an app to your phone or tablet). However, the microphone batteries do recharge - they just don't recharge by plugging it in with a USB Cable (which there is a port in the base of the hand microphone). I had to do a workaround where I bought a battery charger (about $20), and then just take out the battery out of the microphone and charge it that way, which achieves the result, but not optimal. I found out this solution only by going to the Singmood facebook company page, and asking for help on the battery - thankfully another user suggested that idea. I tried emailing the company directly using the email address in their instruction manual - no response at all. While the touch tablet is simple - unfortunately, the touch response is very laggy. Also, when I turn it on, it sometimes has difficulty connecting to the wifi, so I manually have to re-add the router. Again, it's an extra 2 steps, but given the high cost of it, I expect better. I pretty much keep it charged up and have put in 1 hour with no problem. However, I haven't gone out into a non-electrical area and tested how long it will go. All in all it's fine, and it delivers sound and the microphone quality is good. However, I'm not pleased with the janky tablet, as well as the non-charging microphones - and that I've never heard back from their customer support. At this point, I'm just accepting if that there's a part that malfunctions, I've got a big ol' paperweight.

We love the item, BUT we noticed it was rocking as we moved it around and when my husband laid it down to see what was going on, we noticed one of the wheels. The metal piece is detaching. It’s like it’s cracked. What can you do about this? We hate to send it back because we need it for our event that’s coming up but it needs to be made right and here’s a picture attached.

While it may not be as compact as the Ikarao, it more than makes up for it in functionality. With seamless access to Google Play, we now have a universe of karaoke apps at our fingertips. The user-friendly interface makes navigating songs and settings a breeze. And, most importantly, the separate microphone volume controls have brought peace and harmony back to our living room! The difference is night and day. The kids, who quickly lost interest in the Ikarao, now spend hours belting out their favorite tunes on the Singmond x100. We've gone from frustrated and confused to having karaoke nights filled with laughter and music.
