Very Easy to Follow
I haven't finished the whole 30 days yet, but after the first week, I have already lost about 5 pounds. The workouts and recipes are extremely easy to follow. The workouts are a bit repetitive, but they're a good full-body workout every time. The only thing I wish the book had was a shopping list at the beginning of each week, but besides that, I am extremely satisfied.

Don’t bother
Terrible. The ‘personalised workout’ is basically just the exact same thing throughout, theres only like 2 that are different.& a lot of the food i struggled to get in to & theres not much explanation of how to substitute if the food isnt your normal taste.Do slimming world instead, its definitely more value for money.
