I love this gum. I have bought the mint before but this is the first time I’ve bought the spearmint and it is just as good. It’s still a strong minty flavor and it packs the same punch as the mint with an energy boost that I use midday at work. I think it helps me focus but I also have ADHD and I look for anything that helps me focus a little more lol. Whether you’re looking for the gum or the boost this is a good product.
