Have used for first time today. I tried it out on my kitchen and hall floors- both LVT. Am really impressed with the cleaning power, and the fact that it does not leave the floors soaking wet- they dry in no time. I'm 74 yo and I feel this is really going to make cleaning my home so much easier than conventional methods. Its very easy to manouvere, and the length of the hose and the cord means no need for changing power points for different rooms. So far I am delighted with my purchase - ps - lots of attatchment so glad Ibought the compatible bag to store. (Not the dupray bag - a bit pricey)

Fantastic, great steam pressure for floors! We use this to clean the whole kitchen and the inside of all our windows. Attachments all work well, can’t fault this product.

Haven’t used this to its full potential yet but so far I’m impressed. Great carry bag that keeps everything in the right place. I originally bought a cheapest steamer but returned it as you get what you pay for and I wanted to invest in something that was going to last me and be man enough for the jobs that I wanted to do.

It feels very flimsy and plastic, and it barely cleans anything. Genuinely think using a cloth or scrubber is going to be easier in most if not all situations. Dont waste your money

From a design perspective, this thing does look pretty cool, though from a user experience point of view, it's perhaps form over function. The main annoyance with this for me is the fact that the power cord has to be manually rolled and unrolled from underneath the unit - either side rolling, or automatic rolling would have been more ideal. Additionally, a "hook" to clip the steam head to the main unit so that it just stands up in the corner would have been nice. Instead, you just have this super long coil of pipe and pole laying around. Lastly, a small cheap bag for the accessories (there are a lot) would have been super handy, but now I have to hope I don't lose them! These annoyances I have found do not actually affect the performance of this machine, it's actually very good. It has a 1.5L tank which is very easy to fill - it has a funnel around the entrance so that you can causally pour water in without worrying about being too careful. It can be refilled mid-clean which is handy. Operation is very easy - just turn it on and wait around 2-3 minutes for the light to go from orange to green. There's no temperature settings or other fiddly options, just on and off. When it's ready, just press the trigger on the handle and you'll hear it "gurgle" to life, and steam will start coming out from the steam head. It does come with lots of attachments, and it's particularly handy that you get THREE floor mop cloths and the fact that they just plop onto the steam head like Velcro, no annoying clips like other steamers use! I do also like that the pole and pipe are very good lengths - you can cover a lot of area without having to take a single step! So far, I've steamed my entire ground floor and it works brilliantly on tile, laminate and linoleum flooring. Stains, gum, stickers and other hard to remove nasties on the floor come out quite easily with this - sometimes it takes several passes but it does get rid of them! I'm very happy with the performance of this so far - would highly recommend!

This device is amazing I recently got new kitchen floor tiles and we build on an extension and added tiles too. The dust was terrible! This device is incredible at getting the floors clean, the counter tops, the oven. It is a powerful clean stream product grease gone no additional products needed!

Useless equipment used 1 time & no more steaming & pressure. I wonder how this equipment got so much likes n 5 star. Do not recommend at all.
