Have had the pillow for a few months now. It's . . . okay. Nice that the filling is adjustable - I did not need to add more, but actually needed to take some out. Not miraculous for sleeping on as I was influenced into believing. Let me tell you about washing it. It says it is full machine washable and, in theory, I suppose this could be true, but probably only if you have an industrial washing machine at home. The dang thing got so heavy when it was wet that my (newish, quality, but not industrial) machine couldn't get it through the spin cycle to get the water out. I tried squishing it against the washer to get the extra water out, but it wasn't moving enough. Ended up taking it over to the kitchen sink (with great difficulty) and slowly and painstakingly squeezing water out. I finally gave up and ended up taking some mesh bags for delicate laundry and scooping out the sopping foam pieces. I wrung those out and finally was able to get it through a spin cycle in the washer. But then do you think I could the pillow dry? Still took forever (like an hour in my dryer than can dry heavy towels in 25 minutes) and I finally laid out a bunch of the stuffing to air dry. At one point in the process, I started to really understand what people mean when they say "just burn it all down." I'm pretty sure this accursed pillow is dirtier than when I started. If you're going to wash it, I'd suggest a laundromat. Or just don't wash it.

I felt like a sleep scientist removing and adding foam until I hit that “just right” level—Goldilocks would be proud. The cut-out design is perfect for side sleeping, and my shoulder finally has a place to exist without filing a complaint. No more waking up feeling like I lost a wrestling match in my sleep. The medium-firm support is spot-on. It’s supportive without feeling like a brick, and soft without collapsing into a sad pancake. Also, it somehow stays cool, which is great because I run hotter than a July afternoon in Arkansas. Bonus points for being CertiPUR-US and GREENGUARD Gold certified—so I can sleep easy knowing I’m not inhaling anything weird while I drool on it (let’s be honest, it happens). After just a few nights, I noticed less neck stiffness and fewer middle-of-the-night wakeups. Now I actually look forward to going to bed… which is something my younger self would never believe. If your pillow is ruining your life in small, annoying ways—do yourself a favor and upgrade. Your neck will thank you. Your sleep will improve. And you might even stop making that old-man groaning sound every time you get out of bed. 5 stars. Would nap again immediately.

I bought this pillow for myself as I’m a side sleeper and got the Crescent version for my husband who sleeps face up. We’ve been using them for two nights so far, and both of us find them very comfortable. It does feel like our sleep quality has improved and my neck and shoulders haven’t been as achy, which is a big plus. I also like that it comes with extra cotton stuffing, so you can adjust the firmness to your preference. My only concern is that the pillowcase is white, which may be harder to maintain over time. The unique shape of the pillow also makes it a bit harder to find suitable pillowcases—you might need a larger case as a backup when the original one is in the wash. Overall, really happy with the purchase so far and hoping the benefits continue.

I JUST purchased this pillow last night, got it this morning, followed the directions to “fluff it up” in the dryer and then did the ultimate test. I laid down on my side and oh my gosh. I know it was just for a few minutes but I KNOW this is going to change how I sleep. The fabric is great, like it doesn’t need a pillowcase. It’s firm but also forms to my head so it’s also soft and comfy. The cut out is going to help so much with my shoulder because it just like fits in the pillow. I don’t know how to explain but I typically put my whole arm under my pillow to sleep and with this, I won’t have to do that! So now my shoulder and neck will be more comfortable. I also sleep on my back and because it’s cut out it’s almost like a little hug around my neck to keep it straight. I also love how it comes with more of the foam. I added some, super easy to do! I’ve tried so many dang pillows and I am SO happy I got this one!
