Why is flour sold in such small quantities? Is a 50 lb bag available?

Hi Mia, Yes, this can be baked on a pizza stone. Simply preheat the oven with your stone inside to 475°F. Shape the crust on a piece of parchment instead of a pizza pan. Then slide the parchment with the pizza on top onto the stone and bake until done. Happy Baking! Clara@KA
