Healthy Vibrant Plants
Wonderful for my indoor tortoise pen over winter. The light is good for him and my plants are growing and look even better than they did over the summer.

Reliable
Works great in my exo-terra terrarium hood. The light is white and bright which enhances the true colors of my plants and frogs. It produces minimal heat--raising the temperature of my tank less than 2 degrees throughout the daylight cycle. I also like that it provides a small amount of UV. Great product!

Great Light For BioActive Terrariums
I currently use this light in a 40 gallon bioactive terrarium and it works great. It seems to be supporting the plants, provides plenty of white light, and produces a low amount of heat. So far, no issues at all!

Sturdy, but doesn't seem as bright as other 13 watt full-spectrum CFLs I have used
Very sturdy bulb survived being packed in a bubble-envelope and having both ends of the box crushed. Imagine packing a light bulb this way so that 50 pound boxes can get thrown on top of it in transit! I previously used a Phillips 13 watt full-spectrum CFL that is no longer available. This 13 watt is about 25% dimmer and costs a lot more. I don't know the lumens of the old bulb so I can't make a direct comparison. I was afraid that the 20 watt version would be too bright, but I think I am going to try it.

i’ve had this light in my gecko’s planted vivarium for a few months now and my plants love it ! not too overpowering, but it gives me just what i need in a 12x12x18.

Ok brightness
Its not super bright, it does the job enough to see but I dont think its enough to help out the plants in my terrarium. I regret buying it overall there are better options out there but 3 stars since it works but didnt meet my expectations

I’m using this bulb for a 8x8x12 terrarium. Looks great!
The picture speaks for itself…. Soft white lighting looks so good in this small enclosure. The biggest benefit of this bulb is how cool is stays! I needed to have a very cool bulb for this small terrarium and this was a perfect solution.

Ich nutze die Exo Terra Natural Light Lampe nun seit einigen Wochen in meinem Terrarium und bin absolut begeistert. Natürliches Licht: Das Vollspektrum sorgt für ein sehr angenehmes, helles Tageslicht, das die Farben meiner Reptilien und Amphibien richtig schön zur Geltung bringt. Es wirkt viel natürlicher als herkömmliche Lampen. Gesunde Umgebung: Meine Tiere zeigen ein deutlich aktiveres Verhalten – sie wirken vitaler und nutzen ihre Umgebung intensiver. Das ideale Tageslichtspektrum scheint ihnen wirklich gutzutun. Praktische Handhabung: Die Lampe ist kompakt, passt perfekt in die E27-Fassung und lässt sich problemlos einsetzen. Mit 13W ist sie zudem sehr energieeffizient. Qualität: Die Verarbeitung macht einen hochwertigen Eindruck, und bisher läuft die Lampe absolut zuverlässig ohne Flackern oder Hitzeprobleme. 👉 Für mich ist die Exo Terra Natural Light die ideale Wahl, wenn man seinen Tieren ein artgerechtes, helles und gesundes Licht bieten möchte. Ich werde definitiv weitere Lampen für meine anderen Terrarien anschaffen.
