Q: How do i hook it up to my playstation slim when i plug it in it doesn’t even come on?

if you have a usb headset to or just the mic itself , for a usb mic make sure the mic is plugged in also, go to ps4 settings , audio devices , and output device , select the headset , then they will both change to the headset , unplug hyperx quadcast and plug it back in then you can hear from your headphones and talk in the mic , for like a headset that goes into the controller make sure the mics muted if there is one , go to settings , input devices , select hyperx quadcast | for more help my insta is @vh1xzy, discord is ! kxrmaa#0999, and my psn is vhixzy

Q: When you use the hyperx ngenuity software to change colors, are the settings saved to the mic?

Yes they are saved and ever time you boot up the PC the mic will automatically turn to your last preset

Q: How do i use it with desktop pc window ? just plug and play ?

Yeah! Just plug the USB cord into the desktop or laptop and it should immediately start to work! You'd be well off going to HyperX's website and downloading the software for it, so you can update it and also control the RGB's!

Q: After l about 5 mins talking to someone the mic turns off and on again and then the audio from my headphone sounds very bad and Its causing me pain

This problem occurred to me as well and I don't know why it made that noise but my only guess is that it was a glitch, it got dirtied/damaged somehow, or it is because of something if my computer because isn't very good. I am very sorry don't know how answer this but all I can give you is that to make sure it's clean and your computer or headphones aren't messed up.
