Works as described. A real pleasure, for all the reasons mentioned, as compared caulking using any one of the five older style guns I have. The 24:1 dispersion ratio is also a dream when caulking lengthy runs. Unfortunately, as of yet, I was unable to experience the benefit of the provided tool as there was no provided tip small enough for my recent application. It also easily slices the tubes of silicone made of plastic. I have not tried it with products that come in a cardboard tube, such as some Liquid Nails products. Overall, I chose this item, over it's cheaper cousin, as I am confident over time it will be dropped on hard surfaces. The few extra dollars now, IMO, was worth having it fail later due to a mishap. Highly recommend.

Not for the weak of hand. You will need some decent grip strength to use this.

Personal opinion. Stick with a regular caulk gun. Didn't even get to use tube got caught inside it and absolutely would not come out. Whole thing ended up in the trash

This will not work with cardboard, caulking tubes, such as mirror mastic or CRL caulking compound.

The caulking gun worked beautifully, and it was easy to handle, especially in tight spaces. The additional device to remove caulk was durable and scraped off the old caulk, and then I loved how the other side converted to a caulk finisher. It came with multiple tips so I could get the perfect finished edge I wanted. It was the best caulking set I have ever used!! I'm not a professional, but enjoy DYI projects at home when I have time in my busy schedule, so I was grateful to find this product that made the job quick and easy, and not nearly as messy or cumbersome as when I used other tools.

This caulking gun is a game changer. Easy to use and gets into tight spaces with ease. Love it.

Es más cómodo por el tamaño, los materiales son de buena calidad aunque el seguro para soltar el bote debería ser de aluminio, el gatillo está demasiado abierto y duro, hay botes de poliuretano que son de aluminio y el collarín del extremo se atora, hay que cortar una sección para que funcione bien, por otro lado saca lo máximo posible del producto, una desventaja es que no puedes girar el bote para acomodar la punta hay que girar todo la pistola, en general siento que le falta para ser un producto que volvería a comprar se me hace caro para la comodidad que otorga.

After years of using the traditional caulking guns this for some reason took some getting used to. I was originally going to purchase a battery operated gun but I thought I would give this product a try. It does indeed stop feeding when you stop triggering which is a plus, but it also seems a little more difficult to pump the caulking via the trigger, maybe that is the downside of the pressure needed to cut the tubing of the applicator. I haven't had the need to cut the excess tube away, but I can see the benefits of an overall shorter tool. Have yet to try it with the gripfill type cardboard tube, I somehow feel that is not going to happen.
