I recently tried the Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Waterproof Eyeliner and I’m very impressed. The pencil glides on smoothly without tugging, and the color is rich and vibrant. I love that it’s auper creamy and easy to apply. Waterproof and long-lasting doesn’t smear or fade. I got the brown and it’s such a perfect color on my tan skin. It’s bold and vibrant. Good for tightlining, waterline, or lash line. It does need sharpening regularly to maintain a sharp tip. This is my go-to eyeliner now. Stays all day, looks great, and is worth the price. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a waterproof, smudge-proof eyeliner that glides on effortlessly.

Incredibly pigmented, easy to sharpen, lasts all day and zero eye irritation! This pencil is amazing, I previously used Rimmel waterproof scandal’eyes (twist up) for years but with hayfever noticed that it actually wasn’t that waterproof at all and wouldn’t last all day. This has been an expensive switch but for the coverage and longevity, it’s worth it.

I initially gave this a bad review thinking it doesn't last very long. I thought the bottom was supposed to spiral. It doesn't. You need a sharpener. I bought it on Black Friday so I got a good deal. It goes on smoothly and stays on. You do need to sharpen almost every use

Definitely really like this eyeliner pencil. I generally struggle with a lot of eyeliner pencils, but this applies easily with smooth lines and it's pretty forgiving. I've done wing tips and light outlines so much easier, and have also tried applying it thicker with primer as a base layer before adding eye shadow, it really came out well. Also sharpened very easily with Revlon's sharpener, I had no problem getting a fine tip that applied just as easily as the first time. Even when I've made slight mistakes I felt it was very easy to quickly correct, the smoothness of the material transfers very easy to water line. Whiskey (brown matte) was the perfect shade for me. The pencil was a bit pricey, but the quality is so much higher that cheaper ones I've bought, definitely will buy again.
