I love the colour. Store the eyeliner with the tip facing down into the cap. Keeps it from drying out. It's a very good price. This colour is usually not sold in stores. Amazon always has them in stock. I used to buy Teal Blue however it is no longer available. This Green colour is just as good or better. Try it, you'll like it. I recommend it

Purchased the colour emerald. Beautiful first time applying however it was completely dried out when I tried to apply only a few days later. Saw the recommendation to store tip down. Left it for a week. Didn’t make a difference. Expensive for a one-time-use product. Will not be purchasing again.

Shipping was good, product. Not a fan. I love Maybeline and use Maybeline for All eye products but this is a miss for me. It says waterproof, hmmm, so if you apply it, let it dry, splash with water, yes it doesnt run, BUT..... if you touch at all while your eye is wet. It will run all over. Also, smuges off very easily. This eyeliner does not stay on my eyes long. After a couple of hours, it already wearing off, even if I'm not touching but its hard to not touch my eyes. I always use a Maybeline waterproof liquid eyeliner with felt tip that doesn't smear and stays on all day and all night. Can't believe same company makes this product. I wouldn't buy again. It does glide on easily and the tip is good on controlling where you place it. I just don't like the formula.

Cobalt Blue color goes on smooth, beautifully pigmented, & no need to double-draw for the color to look rich. I found this Felt Tip Pen in Cobalt Blue exceptional for drawing perfect cat eyes, etc. I see some prior Buyers unsatisfied with Formula but they must have revamped formula. This pen goes on like any $50 Felt Tip that i have in any luxury brands i own in Black, & goes on almost like a writing pen. It doesn’t have sparkle & the color is {Not} a bright brilliant Cobalt Blue, it is very opaque. It has no aqua undertone & has no purple undertone & it is {not} a Royal Blue. I cannot speak to the longevity but by the way it goes on & the way it stayed on my skin when i rubbed it off, as long as you are not teary-eyed this pen doesn’t look like it’s moving until you take it off.
