This Max version is better than the standard. The capsicum isn't overly powerful. Just enough yo get the job done. Since I started using this product, I have stopped using prescription meds. I felt that I was on them too long and over medicated. I like this spray because use it as needed without over doing prescription meds.

Since finding this spray a couple years ago…quite by accident, I’ll always keep it stocked, and have a few extra to give away to those who need immediate relief. Works great! Cleared out my nose better than my prescription nose sprays! The first time I used it I did feel a little burning, but not bad....just knew it was working! With the xilotol it has a sweet after flavor if it drips down the back of your throught, unlike the nasty flavor from some of the prescription allergy nose sprays.
