This is the second one I have bought.The first one was around 4 years ago. It worked great for around 6 months and then failed BUT the company sent me a new one and took back the broken one free of charge. Excellent service and shows they care about investigating and resolving problems. Some 3 years later and I am using this every day. My use is for helping me to clear my chest and the vibration is superb aid for this purpose. Yes I know it is not marketed for this purpose, nor a medical device, but it works really well when nothing else helps. I first thought of the idea when reading about cystic vibrosis sufferers having to pay several thousand pounds for "vibrating waistcoats", (a high-frequency chest wall oscillation (HFCWO) vest, a medical device used in airway clearance therapy for people with cystic fibrosis and other respiratory diseases). I'm 74, and an engineer, so straight talk is what you will get. For people of a certain age, morning ritual, (bowel movement), is an important issue, and the seat also vibrates and I discovered that it makes my mornings much more predictable. I love it and I need it, so I have bought another to take on holidays with me. Hope this helps you with your consideration. And Oh yes, the price ? quality is excellent .

I've been looking for a way to use heat on my lower back/hips and this massage cushion was a blessing to me! The cushion is very comfortable and the material feels nice to the touch. The heating element in this cushion is spot on...covers the hip into the top of the leg and up the back to bottom of shoulder blades. People with arthritis take note this cushion will warm up those aches in your spine, lower back right on into the hips. I now start my day with 60 minute heat and rotating massage points and a nice cup of coffee. It has made a huge difference in my getting my body going for the day...just priceless! It has 8 different spots from upper back to hip area that the massagers run through....or you can choose one specific area and focus the vibration on just the hip, etc. The massage unit has 5 choices of massage patterns with different bursts or steady vibration AND 3 levels of intensity high, med, low. The heat control has high, low and off. You can run everything or just choose heat or massage one specific area. And the timer has 30, 60 and 90 minute modes. The versatility of this cushion makes it such a great gift....this one was a gift to myself and man I needed it! I love the little pocket sewn into the side of the seat cushion that you can put the controller in, velcros shut so it is easy to get to. Seriously love this ... and at end of the day...rest few minutes to unwind all those tight muscles from working, chasing kids, doing chores. Happy buyer here!

Pros: Looks good and material feels good and comfy and has a strap if u need to fit in ur chair or something Cons: 8 Pads but 2 in horizentally not enough..it feels like a toy(either put 3 horizontally or bigger pad) and need to be way more intensive and i think padding should be cut in positions where its not needed cuz it damps the vibration
