Addressing some of the older complaints of others in the past of this device not working or charging the phone, I think you were all probably NOT paying attention to the detail of, when removing the phone from the case, DO NOT tilt the phone at an angle or you'll break the connector of the case. For those that are constantly removing the phone from the case, I have to ask, why would you want to do that anyway? Once it's on there just leave it alone. over the past year I have only removed the phone from the case three or four times and I followed the directions and I've never had an issue. So on to the good part. This device has performed well for me for over a year now. At the time of this writing, it is still working fine, but I do notice that it is taking a lot longer to take a charge on it's own. It sill charges my phone just fine. I do however believe the longer charging time is simply due to age . For less than $30.00 and for a year, it's been a good friend. The price has dropped a little since then and I'm convinced that if one follows the directions, they won't have any strange problems with the device. I've got an order in for my second purchase of the same device and trust me, if there are any issues, I'll be back to let folks know. I've given the product a good rating, as it has proven itself to me that it is a good product. The phone is a little difficult to remove from the phone, but taking your time, it can be worked off as stated in the instructions. For this reason I ranked the, "Easy to remove" as four stars. Other than that, this one's a winner!

I have an iPhone 6 and the battery is dying quite fast so I thought this was a perfect solution. Iteam came with no charging cord which was weird but I have 2 Apple lightning cords so no big deal. It also didn't say it would come with one but directions did say Apple cords will work with device. I charge the case but lights never turn on as it says it would when charging. I click the on button and two lights show up, I leave it to charge over night and in the morning the same two lights show when I turn on the case. As I inspect it I noticed there are no individual lights but one light so the whole 4 lights showing fully charge thing is a lie. When I connected my phone it did charge it when I pressed the on button. Great. But I noticed something strange, the chord I used to charge the case no longer worked when I connected it to another device, strange but its older and frayed. The next day the case would not charge my phone because it was dead. I charge the case with my phone in the case as It says it can sync charge: charge case and phone at the same time. THAT'S another Lie. When the case didn't charge I knew it was defective. So I disconnect the case from my second cord and connected it to my phone and it didn't charge. This case basically broke both my charging cords. I unplugged and cleaned the cord and I was able to make them work again but I wanted to see if it was the case that broke them so I decided to try charging the case again and again the case didn't charge and the charging cord wouldn't work when connected to another device. This is beyond a defective device. I'm seeing the positive reviews and I can't believe we are talking about the same case. This is the worst product I ever bought on Amazon

Ok basically no using it while it’s charging. Why because it’s a smart battery and wants to remember how much power it can hold. Number two be careful taking it out and putting it back in. It’s particularly fragile so careful. You don’t want to make the connection lose. It will affect charging capabilities. I love mine going on two years and no problems excellent piece of equipment. Great for long rides or trips. Or even business trips. And the case durable. No cracks or scrapes after two years. Thinking!! Do I really need an upgrade?

I love using charge case because I don’t have to worry about carrying another battery and charging cord. I got this one for my teenage boy as a backup battery case. I love it is height quality power case, great hand feeling and yet it is very durable. My 14 yr old boy uses his battery case every day, he can get at least 2 full charges out of it before he have to plug it into the wall charger. He already dropped it on the floor a few times in one month and it still work well, amazing! However, I hope there is an easy way to get in and out of the case. It is almost impossible to get it out once you slid it into the case. My boys always worn out their battery quicker than I use mine…. I really have no need to pay more for the name brand. I can get 2 of this battery case with the price of one Mophie Juice case . I’m very happy with this battery case.

This battery case is awesome. It charges your phone very fast. I went from 1% to 100% in less than 30 minutes which was pretty impressive. I would highly recommend this product. The only downfall is that it took several hours to initially charge the case itself (which may only be because it was completely dead so don't let it die LOL) but I have not recharged it since I received the product. It is also difficult to get your cellphone into the case (very snug fit which makes it feel very secure) but it is even more difficult to get your cellphone out of the case itself. That is the only reason I give it 4 stars. I really struggled getting my phone out of it but the product works wonderfully!!! Definitely a must have if your phone is always dead and you are on the go! UPDATE 01/18/19: The battery case is still wonderful! The initial charge from when I first purchased did take several hours but every time I've charged it since then it does not take long at all. A few hours tops from it being completely dead. The case life lasted two days for me and probably would have lasted longer if I hadn't plugged it in while I was at work. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This battery case was handy and powerful. I got one for my wife to use with her old phone. It is a temperamental getting the phone in and out, and any phone that needs this case is old enough so that its lightning connector is pretty worn, so It needed cleaning and reconnecting periodically so that it would charge from the case. After about a year,my wife was reinserting phone into case when the connector broke. I said to myself that she was just being ham-handed and got one for myself, since by that point, my phone needed one, too. A year later, the same thing happened to me. I was being extra careful to not bend or twist the connector, but that didn't matter, after a year the battery connector wore out. If you want a battery that works for a year, this is fine. It you'd like to squeeze more life out of your old phone, look elsewhere!

I am constantly on my phone for either school or to use Waze for navigation, so a full charge is usually not enough to get through most weekdays. I have an external battery pack, but I either forget to bring it or don’t realize that it needs to be charged until I’ve already left home and it’s too late to get the cable to charge it. So I needed a backup for those situations and this piqued my interest. It comes charged, so you can put the case on right out of the box. There’s a lightning to lightning adapter at the bottom that you need to make sure you don’t bend when inserting into your phone since that’s what allows you to charge both the phone and the case with your lightning cable. So far, it works fine and I don’t even notice the added thickness/weight (compared to when I just had an Otterbox Symmetry case on my phone) anymore. One thing I noticed is that it may not work with your car magnetic phone holder. I can feel it being attracted to the holder, but it’s not strong enough to actually stay on while driving. Not really a big deal for me since I need to get a non-magnetic holder anyways in order to use my wireless charging dock. But something to consider.

I bought this after reading a lot of the positive reviews. I bought the product about 6 weeks ago and have been using it everyday since it came. For the first couple weeks, the case was amazing. I was able to get at least one full charge plus a little more boost throughout my day. However, after about 5 weeks of use, I noticed that I could feel something (I assume a battery pack) sliding around inside the casing of the phone case. This thing is so lose that when I tilt the phone in the case, I can feel this battery sliding back and forth. Then, a couple of days ago, I was unable to turn the case on to charge mode by pressing the power button on the back. I wished that the case was as good as its first few weeks of life, however now I do not think I will use it anymore as it is just a bulky non-working piece of equipment. Hope that helps!
