Last Dell laptop died. I needed a highly-rated one. This one met that criterion. And yes, I'd also give it high marks. Got going easily, great display, great price, excellent features (for what I do).

Love this laptop. I've always wanted a Dell. Works great for me. A good value for what I spent.

Got this new computer just several months ago for law school and after the free return period ended the computer has been repeatedly malfunctioning, shutting itself down without warning or reason, but still showing no error code when I try to investigate. Also the keyboard is not good, really difficult to type on (too much resistance/too difficult to push down the keys). I have used Windows in the past (HP) but never Dell before, and I don't think I will be buying from Dell again ... Other than what I have mentioned I would love the computer, but these are inexcusable defects. I have to replace it because I can't have a computer that might shut down during an exam, and I'm as of yet unsure whether I will be able to claim the warranty for this computer that I paid nearly $1,000 for ... Update 10/27/25: Dell refuses to take responsibility for repeating malfunctions and is blaming various apps like Adobe Acrobat that have worked fine on every other computer I have ever had. I will not be buying from Dell again.

This system is everything as advertised. I upgraded to a Sandisk 990 pro 1tb drive but had no issues with the default one. I just needed something bigger and had it on hand. Benchmark tests are in the top 10%. Go for it!

Works great so far. Miss the old days when you could buy the software like Windows and MS Office but that is on MS. Also, I wish it had better speakers. Of course, you can't expect too much from laptop speakers normally.

I've always used Dell laptops, and this one keeps that good experience going. The Dell 14 Plus feels fast and responsive for everyday tasks, and it’s surprisingly lightweight, which makes it easy to carry around. The design is beautiful. The aluminum body gives it a premium feel, and it looks very sleek and well built. The screen quality is excellent and the camera is also very good, which is something I really appreciate for video calls. The keyboard is comfortable to type on and feels solid. I personally prefer laptops with a numeric keypad and a Spanish layout because I live in Argentina, but I already knew this model didn’t include those when I bought it, so it wasn’t a surprise. The touchpad is also very smooth and precise. I haven’t used it extensively yet, but my first impressions are excellent so far. If it keeps performing like this over time, it will easily remain a 5-star laptop for me.

I believe this is the best deal I got. I was asked to image new machines of Dell Pro14250 and found the design is quite nice and it runs pretty smooth, cool and no noise. I felt it would be suitable for my son who just started his college this fall. I asked our purchaser about the price. She said it was below $1000 for education purchase and I could not get it at that price. I was so happy to get it here for an i7, while the one I worked on is an i5.

Not the flashiest looking laptop, but with the 64gb of ram and i7, damn it’s quick.

I brought my Dell notebook on Dec 16,2025. I now traveling outside of Canada and the computer suddenly shuts down on me. No matter what I do, it's not turning on again. I need the computer daily, What should I do?
