Do these expire? What is the glycerin made from?

This is a very important question, especially with so many unauthorized 3rd party sellers on Amazon. Yes, these do expire. The expiration date is 3 years from the manufacture date and is printed on the bottle. To be sure you're getting a fresh product, double check that you're buying directly from our EO storefront on Amazon before confirming your purchase, since these products are shipped frequently from our warehouse. Is there dimethicone in the lavendar hand spray

No, this product does not contain dimethicone.

Is there a larger "refill" bottle of the spray to fill the small spray bottles? I know there is a refill size for the gel, but that is different

There isn’t. Only in the gel form I’m aware of.

Can this be sprayed to disinfect the air?

According to government rules we can make no claims that our EO® Hand Sanitizer disinfects the air (or hard surfaces for that matter). Hand sanitizers are designed specifically to disinfect hands and are labeled as such. However, what we can tell you is that we know everyone has areas that don't always smell great. I love this lavender hand sanitizer. I’ve tried a number of lavender sanitizers from other brands (Mrs. Meyers, Dr. Bronner’s, Williams Sonoma, etc) in the past. They all smell wonderful, but this was my favorite because it smells the most like the lavender in my garden. It makes my hands smell like I just pinched lavender. I stocked up on these over the summer in preparation for the start of the school year. The school will be providing hand sanitizers, but they smell HORRIBLE! I work with special needs children and many have sensory sensitivities so I already foresee issues with the school’s hand sanitizers. I’ve used lavender essential oil sanitizers in the past. The students like the lavender scent and it makes them happy and seems to relax them. Other than the scent, I also like how quickly this sanitizer dries on my hands, but it doesn’t dry out my hands. I have eczema and asthma; this does not exacerbate either. I’ve ordered a few boxes of 6 from Amazon and a few boxes from other stores. They have all arrived in good order with nothing missing, leaking, or broken. EO is also the maker of Everyone products. The Everyone lavender hand sanitizer is also great (& usually cheaper than EO, but they’ve been about the same price and sometimes even more than EO during the pandemic). My own children like their Coconut Lemon scent. I would actually prefer to pay for the Everyone (at their previously much lower prices) for the class now that we will be sanitizing a lot more (& I am paying out of pocket), but...

I love this EO spray hand sanitizer! It feels light and refreshing on my hands and doesn't leave a sticky or overly drying feeling that other sanitizers often leave behind. The scent is clean and pleasant, and I consistently receive compliments from my coworkers, who ask what I’m using. It’s nice to have something that not only works but also smells great. Definitely a staple in my bag now!
