My new deck's Fortress railing installation was great, but the End Caps they installed were worthless. I even tried gluing them into place with no success. Any type of wind gust would pop them right off and launch them into the yard--or elsewhere, never to be found.The Prescott End Caps have 4 ribs (vs. 2 that the original caps had) and the ribs are also a bit thicker. The extra ribs and thickness makes the difference. We've had several high wind storms and every Prescott Cap is still there.

I ordered a discounted as is wicker patio set from a company going out of business. When it arrived it was missing 1 plastic foot. These are exactly what the other ones are and it popped in no problem. Now I have spares as the other ones wear out.

They do what they are designed to do. I made a custom bed frame out of tubing and use these as the bottom for my feet. Keeps the tubing from scratching my wood floor. Went in easy, stays in nice and tight.

Fit well. Tight enough that I needed to hammer them in a little, but not so tight that they were a pain. Nuff said.

Used these on our galvanized fence post. Fit and worked as expected will continue to reorder as we build our fence
