Perfect replacement
Have a 2011 Ford Escape that the back latch quit working. Ordered this part and it arrived quickly. Super easy to install, took maybe 15 minutes with a couple tools. Has continued to work as a charm.

Exactly the right part and at a great price
My great nephew's back hatch wouldn't open since he bought it. He couldn't even carry his wheel chair with him. It had to be carried on top of the car. i purchased this lock for him since a few years ago i had to replace the hatch lock on my car . It has worked flawlessly for several years now so I think it will be ok for my nephew's car. Easy to install too. Well worth the money

Lift gate actuator.
I was amazed at the ease of changing it out. Pull two wires and three screws that's it. Put the new one in , no adjustments at all. Immediately worked perfectly.

So far, this part is working as required. No issues, easy to install. You will need a special tool, T-27 star bit. Why did you pick this product vs others?: It was the correct fit for my car and very good price..
