The gloves has good gel and kept cold for half hour.

Excellent quality product. I had ordered as an additional set to swipe out during chemo to prevent neuropathy. The treatment plan ended up being shorter in duration and the extra set was not needed. I paid Canada Post $30. to mail it back to the US address using the seller’s emailed label from Amazon within the generous return policy time. I followed up to inquire about the refund within the requested 3-4 weeks with Amazon chat providing screen shots of tracking number. I received a reply the next day stating a refund was issued for full amount of the product plus $27. In good faith as a refund for the shipping. I am very pleased with the customer service and the quality products I received.
