Had for about 3 weeks or so. So far, very impressed. Is pretty quiet, handles basic applications very well, is a nice, compact size. I have even played a few older games and stuff and the computer has handled them fine. The box itself is nice too, has a smooth finish and a quality feel. If you are looking for a compact machine to do office style work on, this should be absolutely fine, based on my experience so far.

I upgraded from a tower to this and im not disapointed, it runs my audio software great, quick...Very much worth the money, im very happy.

The computer itself is great. I'm new to MiniPCs, and the footprint of this machine is incredibly small - I could easily attach it to the back of my monitor (using the VESA plate provided) and you'd never know it was there. It has a good range of ports (4x USB-A, 2x USB-C, 1xHDMI, 1x 2.5Gb Ethernet) and BOTH USB-C port support 4K monitors. You can add a 2.5" SSD (up to 2Tb) and an M.2 SATA (up to 1Tb) and it already comes with a M.2 2280 PCle installed (1Tb in my machine) - so you could pack 4Tb of storage into it! UNFORTUNATELY - this machine started crashing with Windows BSOD errors, almost immediately. I reached out to Geekom support and that experience has been less than ideal - in fact I'm not going to sugar-coat it - it's been shockingly bad. They first diagnosed the problem as a graphics driver, and told me to download the latest driver from their website and install it. However, the Intel driver that is already installed is a newer version, so I went back and asked if I should overwrite this with their older driver. They said to do this, so I did. That simple back and forth took 4 days! Now, I get that they are not UK based, so what I think of as the 'common communication window' isn't that wide - I think they are based in Asia somewhere, so several timezones ahead of me. However, even when I respond within a couple of minutes of their email arriving, they don't respond until at best the next day, sometimes two days later. The graphics driver didn't resolve the issue, so (many more days later) they now think it may be the system SSD that's faulty, and have asked me to swap it out and re-install Windows! Not sure how I'm supposed to do that given a) I don't just have a spare SSD knocking about in a drawer and b) my Windows license is on the drive I need to replace (I guess there's a way to transfer this, but I haven't researched that yet). In order to recommend this PC, I need to consider the whole package, and although the device seems great, the support is positively dreadful. YMMV of course! UPDATE: Geekom support agreed to swap out the original IT12 that was having repeated BSODs and although I had to send back the original before they would send out the replacement, that all went smoothly. The new machine has been fine, no BSODs and really happy with the machine itself. I've added two stars to the review, now that the support issues have been resolved. It's a great machine and a one-off bad device, which was swapped out, doesn't deserve the original 2 stars.

Installed Ubuntu and added a 1TB SSD drive for backup, without any problems. Very quiet machine :-) !!

Why did you choose this product over others?: I first read a review of a Geekom "mini" PC a couple of years ago (in PC Pro, if anyone subscribes) and thought it looked interesting. Fast forward to today when my trusty and, until a few days ago, very reliable W10 workhorse (an HP Z400) was called to glory. The hard drive has lost its boot sector and no amount of resuscitation via various means has worked. Plus, it can't run W11 as the processor lacks a TPM. So, a new machine was required, and this one is a very good replacement. The craziest thing is the size. You could (almost) put this in your back pocket (it's about 4" square and about 1.5" deep). That's a bit of a long shot for the older machine where you'd need to wear a (very) large rucksack to carry it. Plus, the number of ports is impressive, and the power consumption is a fraction of the older machine. I'll probably repurpose the old one as a Linux server (after replacing the hard drive), but this new machine is fantastic. PLUS... It arrived same day! Ordered at 11am, arrived at 5:30pm. Amazing

This pc is awesome. It does all I want it to. So fast. Installation was easy. I run music software and so far it handles all the load I put on it. DAW, plug-ins, every thing. Very pleased……Get one, you won’t be disappointed. P.S. I don’t often do reviews, but this little box warrants so posivity.

Function appears to work well be prepared early updates at startup. Small size leaving room on your desktop. Connectivity is good but you may find you usb hub. Seems cool running. Good all round use. Reliability too early to say.

So far I am very satisfied with this item. The compact size is remarkable and it is very fast and efficient. Noise level is very low and build quality is very good.

Commandé pour travailler en bureautique depuis chez moi, et jouer un peu. Impressionnant pour ça taille, petit bémol sur le récepteur Wi-Fi, qui déconnecte au 1er étage de ma maison (pourtant jamais eu ce souci sur d'autres PC - sols en bois), peut-être prévoir une clef d'acquisition Wi-Fi plus puissante. Sinon aucun souci une fois à 10 mètres de la box sans obstacles. Pour pousser un peu la bête, je l'ai testé en 3D photogrammétrique sur un lot de 500 photographies, aucun soucis, traitement rapide pour ce i7 12650H, fluidité dans la vue OPEN GL et les 32 Go de RAM fond le taf. Niveau jeu, je ne l'ai testé que sur Guild Wars 2, pas de soucis, affichage fluide. En bref très bon PC, si vous n'avez pas de grosses charge de travail 2D-3D ou jeux gourmand qui demanderaient une carte graphique performante.

Es el segundo que tengo, el mismo pero este está mejorado. Silencioso, solo se le oye el ventilador en el proceso del arranque y prácticamente no se calienta. El primero de hace poco más de 2 años el ventilador era muy ruidoso, sobre todo al arrancar y con trabajo intenso. Me costo acostumbrarme al ruido de fondo. También se calentaba mucho llegue a pensar que era normal pero quizás no pues pasaba poco de los 2 años cuando vi chipas en el interior a través de la rejilla de ventilación y dejó de funcionar. Como había vencido la garantía ya no reclamé. Decidí comprar otro igual pues estaba contento con el rendimiento y pensaba ponerle un ventilador pequeño al lado para enfriarlo cuando estuviera muy caliente pero no hará falta . Las prestaciones del nuevo son tan buenas como el anterior nada de ruido y no se calienta.

Gekommen ein super Mini PC habe ihn seit einer Woche macht einen sehr guten Eindruck man sollte nicht glauben was in so einem kleinen Gerät alles drinsteckt und vor allem man hat jetzt viel mehr Platz auf dem Schreibtisch ein Kauf der sich gelohnt hat

No voy a entrar en detalles técnicos. En Youtube y web especializadas hay un saco de ellas. Mi experiencia es muy positiva y completa. Llevo quince días utilizándolo a diario, ofimatica, series, un poco de edición fotográfica. No he jugado con el, pero tal y como se ha comportado, juegos no exigentes de tarjeta gráfica los movería sin problema. En fin, tan encantado estoy que he dejado arrinconado mi MacBook Air 13 de hace tres años. El mini PC me llego con problema, El ventilador siempre funcionaba al maximo de revoluciones, incluso en reposo. Provocando un sonido muy molesto, cosa que no reflejaban las otras reseñas. Contacte con sus servicio técnico y me resolvieron el problema en 48 horas. Me enviaron una actualización de la BIOS. Ahora apenas se escucha el ventilador, sin calentarse, ni afectar a su rendimiento. Producto y marca completamente recomendable.
